  • On wings like eagles

"Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no-one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increase the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint". (Isaiah ch40 vs28-31)

  • Benediction

  • The Confession of a true follower of the Lord

I have been... (from the moment of my conversion and baptism by immersion)
Crucified with Christ... (when he died as my substitute at Calvary)
and I no longer live... (for myself and in my own strength)
but Christ lives in me... (by the Holy Spirit God has given me)
The life I live in the body... (every moment of every day)
I live by faith in the Son
of God... (as I count on his presence with me)
Who loved me... (personally, freely and fully)
and gave himself for me... (when he died on the cross in my place)
